I am beside myself with exasperation: all I want to do is be able to lengthen/shorten a long, narrow rectangular shape with the cursor; but I cannot because it keeps giving me little semi-circular indicators over, and over, and over; around, and around, and around! It won't give me the indicator with the double ended arrow cursor so I can just click and drag the line longer or shorter. Does anyone know how to turn this thing off or adjust it so it won't do that anymore?? Please help before I throw my pc off the end of the nearest pier !
