To explain Claudio's and Dave's comments further, forum moderators do have the ability to delete posts. However, they are restricted to delete spam messages one-by-one, which can take up to a minute to delete a single post. With the ADE forum being flooded with some 300+ spam posts, this is simply an impossible task!
Forum admins (Adobe staff) on the other hand can delete all posts of a spammer with a single click. However, they don't seem very keen on keeping the forums clean. Even during normal weekdays, they don't get to check their spam alerts more often than every 24 hours, and weekends are strictly off-limits.
I, as an MVP and moderator, feel ashamed with the forums being full of adult ads, but Adobe staff doesn't give a damn!
