Thanks. It doesn't look like you have Service Pack 1 applied. I know you reported above that you did, but it's not showing below "Windows 7 Ultimate."

The faulting module, ImageRenderer.dll, is most commonly caused by an incompatibility with Windows 7, which was resolved in SP1.

You can double-check whether SP1 is already applied through the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (and probably 10 other ways that I don't know about...). To do so, go to the Start Menu and type "dxdiag." On the System tab, look for Operating System. If SP1 is applied, it will show (6.1, Build 7601).

 

If indeed you're already on SP1, then please take a look at this thread. Same Fault Module, but different Application (Adobe QT32 Server vs. Premiere Pro), but the fix recommended by Sandeep might work.
