I did each and every step in order listed above to NO AVAIL ! The program still leaves multiple windows when I resize it, and when I close the program it still leaves pieces of the program window on my desktop. When I right - click on the desktop and select refresh, most (99%) BUT NOT ALL of the program window pieces disappear.
......so now what's next?
