Why is it that I (and thousands of persons) have problems installing simple things, like Presets (for Lightroom)? Why can't you make these installations USER-FRIENDLY? WHY DO YOU MAKE EVERYTHING SO DIFFICULT? I always have to spend hours searching for a an answer. It's not fair, it's incomplete and sloppy work on your part. Come on ADOBE, get down from your cloud and get your act together!!!!
