My license for CC Teams just passed 1 year. I've sent information to the people in my office who do the purchasing and they've said they've passed on the PO to our vendor for a license renewal. Our vendor recently changed CSRs and the new CSR is saying that they haven't received a renewal request but it could have been received by the previous rep. If the purchase went through then we don't want to order another one but I can't tell from the CC Teams administrator's login if the license for myself has been renewed yet because the administrator's view doesn't show when each license for all the team members expires.
