Aha! ID CC 2014 too, but French version …
So, I create a graphic block (for sample). When I click on the tool, as you see: [Bloc graphique standard] is underlined (screenshot 1).
When the block is created (screenshot 2), it appears as "[Sans]", without "+" and without wrapping.
