A return call was set up for today, but Adobe failed to make the call. I made sure my contact information in my account data was correct and even e-mail phone number to responding party. I made an effort to be at the phone number with problem computer turned on. The call never came! I doubt Adobe is serious about fixing problem. Adobe has lost all trust regarding this issue now. Why even ask for call back date and time, if there was no intent on making that call?
