This problem affects all users that I know and work on Windows 7 64-bit. At my studio we have 3 licenses Cloud and on all computers is just as bad. These are different PC configurations with different processors and graphics cards (NVIDIA and AMD). By a malfunction of the new CC 2014 we need to work on the previous version of Photoshop CC.
I know Photoshop since 1994 with version 2.5 and worked on each of them. The current version of the CC 2014 is the slowest of all.
It looks like Photoshop in the background all the time and he was doing something CPU time. It is not present in any previous version, and I have installed on my computer CS5, CS6 and CC. 2014 CC version uninstalled because I could not just continue to work. My graphic artists in the studio just as they did and are now working on a well-functioning version of CC. On the other computers is only one version installed and the same thing happens.
I know a few people who have CC 2014 Windows 7 in a variety of configurations and all report to me the same problem, namely the slow action of the Photoshop interface CC 2014 down (such as menus, palettes, layers) and the slow response to the action moves the cursor.
