NOTE : The article is for CF 11 however same is applicable for CF 10.
- Take a thread dump which will capture the hung thread information
- Create a new website in IIS, perform some stress testing on this website via Apache JMeter
All of the above steps are recommended during maintenance window if you are facing this issue in a live/production server.
