Did you read my answer and I am convinced that this is the problem here. This not a bug it is working as it is supposed.
Your problem is a different one, and we should elaborate it, I think Peters guessing comes closer to your problem that to the first problem:
- Can you inform us on example.
- GIving us some information: OS, version, working on server, which kind of server?
