In general, all of the print establishments I have done via Giclee, I deisgn and send in the RGB colorspace because they all use an extended CMYK (often CcMmYK or other variations). The printer or their prepress workflow then does the color conversion. You may be working in the CMYK color space or exporting as a CMYK TIFF. You would be better off using RGB in design through output to the TIFF format (or whatever format your particular printer desires).
