It appears this is your first post. We are not Adobe, but users. If you provide us info about your OS and version of Acrobat, maybe we can help make headway. If you want help in the next hour, you are in the wrong place. We are users who try to help folks and check in to see needs on a regular basis, but we do not live here (well, maybe some do!).
