When you click reply you will see a toolbar above where you type. Click the camera icon, that will browse your system for a file. Just choose one that is about 800x600, photoshop can save one roughly that size. it doesn't need to be exact, it is better to have it at the correct ratio so it don't look squeezed or squashed.
