Yeah I am having the same problem. To fix this I tried to convert my .mov file to an .mpg, my conversion software tells me there is no title(s) found, source may be copy protected or unsupported format. Weird? Files that do have a thumbnail go right in and I can convert them.
I assume from this the .mov is missing a piece of info that provides the thumb. Bummer that I cant even convert it or try to restore the title...
All the missing thumb files still play fine and work in my editing software.
I have decided to use my editing software to export the .mov files to reconstruct this error. Worked for the few I've done. Same in Same out and I get the Thumbnail.
