I have a creative cloud account and when I open any applications it says I have been using a trial version when I purchased it. please help

Someone please help me.

 

I bought a prepaid membership for creative cloud about 30 days ago. Yesterday I launched photoshop and it said my trial had run out. I have been looking online for hours trying to solve this issue and I can't. I have un-installed all of the applications I downloaded, re-installed them, un-installed creative cloud, and then re-installed that. Same thing happened. I think if I just had a new redemption code it would work but I can't and adobe support is not helping me. I need this for school, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me. When I open creative cloud it even says all my applications are up to date, but when I launch them the trial page pops up.
