I have a CS4 for Mac; I'd like to download it to my Windows netbook as well. Can Adobe provide me with a Windows version for free?

I bought the Mac version of CS4, and have downloaded it on just my main computer so far. I want to download it now to my Windows netbook as well, but obviously it's not configured to it. Will Adobe let me download a Windows version online for free if I can give them the serial number?
