I know absolutely nothing about Sanskrit, but you really are not asking about hyphenating the Sanskrit language, you're asking about hyphenating the English transliterations, for English-speaking readers, and I doubt there are rules for that other than put hyphens where they make sense. You could tag these words as English and the hyphenation algorithms would break them, probably badly, or you could add them to a user dictionary and include the preferred hyphenation of your choice.

 

Of course, determining where the syllable breaks really are probably requires someone who is familiar with proper Sanskrit pronunciation...
