Where do I exit my membership??

I have ordered and paid for an annual membership to Creative Cloud. Due to a technical error, I've never downloaded the product, and now I want to unsubscribe. It's been less than 30 days since I signed the membership. I can find nowhere where one can exit without being referred around. Where do I go ???
