Thanks for your reply, I am currently running Acrobat Pro 9.0.0 when I try to download from FTP site the AcroProExUpd910_all_incr.msp to upgrade to 9.1.0-- I got the following error
The Upgarde patch canot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgrade may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch
Can you tell me please what am I doing wrong? Is that the correct patch I should use? to upgrade Acrobat pro 9.0.0
