As a Creative Cloud subscriber, how do I access Word to PDF conversion for Android without paying a further subscription?

I am paying for a full Creative Cloud subscription, but there does not seem to be a way to access PDF conversion tools for Adobe reader for Android without having to pay further subscription fees - is this correct? If so, Why?
