I am a CFO for a very large state agency. One of my monthly responsibilities is to run approximately 400 financial statements for our various departments. I want to post them on our statewide directory and stop using a staff person for a day and a half every month to break the PDF files apart for the various department heads. I would like to be able to go into a section of my very large Excel workbook (say...approximately 30 worksheets) and tell Excel to print these worksheets to separate PDF files so that they can be accessed by different staff persons. Is this possible?
