Re: I want to cancel my subscription, it is not user friendly, when I to convert a scanned document it would not allow me to. I would like a refund and cancel my annual subscription.

Hi Draz,

 

I'm happy to cancel your subscription for you, but Adobe only offers a full refund for subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days. It looks like you placed your order on July 28, so you are unfortunately outside of the 30-day window.
