Frankly I don't think anyone should be supporting Adobe when they have gone to great lengths to hide or make it a mission to manage basic features on their services. I thank you for your response but instead of helping them their subscribers should be demanding a very basic interface from the online profile to manage subscriptions, included but not limited to cancelling or renewing services as well, instead of being tied up with shoddy "customer support" easily disconnected so you can relive the experience.
Solution to problems with adobe account = hours.
Same problems with Office 360 & Apple, well, they didn't really occur because they have online account management built into their services. So it took five minutes to do the same thing I've spent hours with adobe trying to resolve.
