CS4 file saved .eps embedded to print service with CS6 - Any possible issues about dimentions printing wrong because of file?

My Employer needs in writing (

Are there any possible issues with a file created in CS4 embedded .eps

and opened CS6

Problem : Overall dimensions come out wrong form printer

also...is it possible to open a CS4 file with CS6
