Are you trying to use the "Camera to PDF" feature in Adobe Reader for iOS?

1. Go to the Reader home screen.
2. Tap My Account in the lower left corner.
3. Make sure that you sign in using the Adobe ID that you've paid the subscription for.
4. Tap Camera to PDF in the left pane.
5. Select "Take Photo" (to use the photo that you will take with your iPad/iPhone camera) or "Select Photo" (to use the photo in your camera roll saved in the Photos app).

6. In the Preview screen, tap Use in the lower left corner.

The photo will be converted to PDF and automatically saved to Acrobat.com (cloud storage).

You can tap Acrobat.com in the left pane to find the converted PDF document on Acrobat.com.
