I did get it working again, but it's not the best solution... I went into LR Desktop and looked at the "Preferences" > "Lightroom Mobile" and selected "Delete All Data". This removed all image information from the cloud and all LR Mobile clients/devices. All edits and info were still OK, since LR Desktop was able to receive from LR Mobile (it just couldn't transmit to LR Mobile). Then, once everything was deleted, I rebuilt LR Mobile from LR Desktop. All seems to be functioning now, as it finishes the rebuild.
