I had formatted my lap top and now I can not find my serial number. What can I do?

I searched the site and all the instructions on how to retrieve my lost serial number are not working.
I have a purchase confirmation email but it doesn't contain any serial number in it.
Is there a way to contact adobe by email so I can get my serial number?
