Same issue here using CC 2014 in Win7.
Tried all of Brent's instructions above and no deal. (txs anyway bro).
Does anyone have any other workarounds?
It's driving me crazy as I am working with A LOT (250+) of small (20 sec videos).
Exporting has been a nightmare...
