Help! Can't reinstall Acrobat X CS6 MC after deactivating Creative Cloud Acrobat XI

I had a 1 year subscription on CC and when it expired I signed out of CC Desktop to Deactivate the apps and I uninstalled Acrobat Pro XI. I then tried to reinstalled Acrobat Pro X from the cs6 MC I own. Though the CS6 MC is functioning fine and the display of programs comes up to check off and install Acrobat X, it will not complete the installation. Instead I receive the following error message:

 

Exit Code: 6

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR:
