Thank you for posting on the Adobe forums, kindly try the steps mentioned below, hope it helps.

1) Open the registry editor

2) Go to file>Export and take a complete back up of the registry

3) Delete the keys HKLM/Software/Adobe (Delete the complete Adobe if you do not have any thing apart Acrobat, Reader,Flash player, Shockwave and Air)

4) Delete HKCU/Software/Adobe

5) HKU/ and fid Adobe in all the sub keys and delete it.

Try the installation again.
