I have a lot of short clips in Lagarith lossless codec. I import them to CS4 to work on them (dirt removal by making a subclip, putting it above the dirty frame, and cropping it to hide the dirt). Some clips export no problem, some won't export. It doesn't matter whether I've worked on a clip or not, some always export, some never export even if I've done no work on them. Adobe Media Encoder just sits there for hours doing nothing. If you click on it it says "Adobe Media Encoder is not responding." I'm exporting in the same format: Lagarith 24fps 1920x1080 square pixels. What is happening?
