There was a time that photoshop LE 5.0 would qualify for an upgrade to photoshop, but that has long since past and didn't include photoshop cs5.
Also, there is a very good chance that buying photoshop from ebay will get you a counterfeit version of photoshop, so i wouldn't do that.
