Can FormCentral compile respones to forms that are saved with slightly different file names?

We are conducting a large art survey where we would like to send out identical PDF forms that will be used for each condition report.

Ideally we are hoping we can send out each form using a naming convention that will allow us to include each object's distinct registration number.

Can we do this somehow so that FormCentral still recognizes each response as a response to the same parent "Art_Condition_Report" form?

For example:

Art_Condition_Report;001

Art_Condition_Report;002

Art_Condition_Report;003

etc.

We'd like to have the registration numbers in the file names so that they are easily searchable on the iPads we will be using for data entry on site, but we we also need the single large compiled response table that FormCentral provides

automatically.

We are using PDF-Expert-5 to interact with the FormCentral forms.
