Wrong video aspect ratio on import & cropped

I was using premiere CS6 and all things were OK. I used to import footage from my SD cam JVC GZ-MG335 which records in mpeg2 format compliant with SD-VIDEO with the file extension ***.MOD.  Everything was Ok.

Today I started using Adobe CC 2014 release but the aspect ration of the file wasn't recognized on import. Moreover, it was cropped from the right!!!

I tried to modify the properties of the MOD video file which should be (DV NTSC wide screen) but it didn't work, neither DV PAL wide screen!! Still it was cropped or cropped and distorted!!

I didn't suffer from this problem with CS6.

What should I do?

Am I missing something?!

Is there something wrong with this release concerning these file extensions?

Here's a snapshot from withing Premiere with the MOD video file interpreted twice:

1. On the Left: DV PAL wide screen 16:9

2. On the Right: DV NTSC wide screen 16:9

At the bottom the file plays with correct aspect ratio in media player.
