Illy means Illustrator.
The Art Blue plugin doesn't do this masking. You might try and contact amazoncanvas, they are also active in this forum
I wouldn't expect to work this exactly like the video shows. The video has probably been produced in Flash or After Effects, where you could animate this any way you want.
